Studio GLUE was founded in 2012 at London’s Silicon Roundabout and incorporated in the UK 🇬🇧 in 2015. It currently operates from Malaysia 🇲🇾, the heart of SE Asia business hub, serving clients from Europe, US and APAC. It was named Best Creative / Media Start-up at the 2018 Hammersmith and Fulham Brilliant Business Awards. The design studio made the shortlists for two categories:

Our team
Zarina Holmes
Co-Founder / Creative Director
Education: An MA in Design from Middlesex University, London researching on brand extension. A BA in Graphic Design, with Advertising major and Photography minor.
Real education: Started out as a visualiser for advertising agencies in Kuala Lumpur. Then became a multi-disciplinary designer in Manchester and London, UK. In 2008, I trained in documentary filmmaking, produced creative industry events and arts journals.
Through Studio GLUE, I’ve worked with the UK government agencies, tech startups and local councils supporting London business ecosystem.
I enjoy mentoring and teaching. In 2013, I set up City Academy photography department in London, UK. I organised creative workshops globally.

Salina Christmas
Co-Founder / Marketer
Education: A double degree in English Language and Literature, a BTEC in Multimedia and Graphic Design and an MSc in Digital Anthropology (University College London).
Real education: Being an Equality rep for the National Union of Journalists UK between 2007 and 2011 during the recession. Selling sportswear and wearables whilst building Studio GLUE, in between contract jobs.
Started out as a writer for a daily newspaper, progressed to tech and science journalism, moved sideways to marketing, went in and out of payments between 2003 and 2018, and now runs GLUE.
I’m also an author. I wrote and directed plays at university. Now I write fantasy novels.

Our history
Studio GLUE is an award-winning creative and marketing consultancy founded in London, UK and operates in SE Asia.
In 2018, the studio won the Best Creative Media / Start-up at LBHF Brilliant for Business Awards. Prior to that it has supported award-winning clients like JLL, Tech City News, Revolut, Ripple Energy, TMRW and many more.
The co-founders – creative director, Zarina Holmes and marketer, Salina Christmas – have worked in the business publishing, retail and travel industry in the UK for over fifteen years before focusing on tech and start-ups sector in London.
Today, GLUE provides creative and marketing support for global businesses, start-ups, e-commerce and tech companies from UK, US, Malaysia and Asia Pacific.
As one of the early adopters of the Silicon Roundabout hub in London, GLUE had worked on various tech ecosystems projects for Tech Nation, Hackney Council, Croydon Council and Level39 at the Canary Wharf Group in the UK.
Studio GLUE has helped many enterprises scaled up. The projects that the studio supported have gained fundraising from 500K to £20M.
